巷道贯通后风流方向预判理论及实践

摘要: 为预防煤矿井下巷道贯通后瓦斯事故,利用能量守恒定律及能量方程理论,研究煤矿井下巷道贯通对风流方向的影响。基于空气静压、速压和位压在流动过程中的变化特征,运用流体能量平衡方程建立煤矿井巷通风过程中流经任一巷道断面的风流总能量方程,进而提出煤矿井下巷道贯通后风流方向预判理论,给出2种不同贯通情况下风压能的测定方法,并以屯宝煤矿为例进行验证分析。结果表明:所提巷道贯通后风流方向预判理论,能够准确判定煤矿井下巷道贯通后的风流方向,进而减少瓦斯事故发生率,提高矿井通风管理水平。

Abstract: In order to prevent gas accidents after tunnels in coal mines were penetrated, influence of tunnels on air flow direction was studied by utilizing energy conservation law and energy equation theory. Then, based on variance characteristics of static air pressure, velocity pressure and potential pressure in flow process, an equation for total energy of air flowing through any roadway section in process of ventilation was established by using fluid energy balance equation, and air flow direction predication theory after roadway penetration was developed before two methods for measuring wind pressure energy under different piercing conditions were given. Finally, with Tunbao coal mine as an example, verification and analysis were conducted. The results show that the prediction theory constructed in this paper can accurately determine air flow direction after roadway penetration in coal mines, thus reducing gas accidents and improving mine ventilation management.
